Hi Paul,
Good suggestion to try Safari as my computer browser. (I usually don't have a
mac so I didn't think of it.) I just tried and it turns out that Safari on the
computer desktop it opens the problematic gzipped pdb file in JSmol.
The file is
http://www.unh.edu/biochemistry/sower/jsmol/3sn6opmmin.pdb.gz
and the test page is at
http://www.unh.edu/biochemistry/sower/jsmol/gpcrmintest.htm
