The minimum isosurface resolution is 1. I mean that the command "isosurface resolution 0.9 molecular" produces the same surface as the command "isosurface resolution 1 molecular". For large molecules thus generated surface contains too much vertices to solve some electrostatic problems like coarse-graining atomic charges (nonlinear optimization). Is there a way to produce a coarse mesh?
