Weird - the only way I can currently test this with the applet is to go to
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/test2.htm?USE=JAVA
on my Windows computer. Load decane, split it in half, and enter the script:
!var i = {*}.atomIndex.max + 1;var t = {*}.atomIndex.min;select within(branch,
{atomIndex=i}, {atomIndex=t});var x = compare({selected}, {not selected},
"ISOMER");set echo top left;font echo 18 serif;color echo green;echo @x
It's not broken in Java. When I do the same for HTML5 mode on this page,
IDENTICAL is broken with the above code, but the other comparisons seem to work
OK - just like on my page.
