That is, in fact, the correct behavior.
In order for a script to appear in the history, it has to have been entered
onto the queue, and the scriptWait...() methods do not do that. As much as
possible, you should avoid scriptWait methods. Not all script commands can
be given that way in JSmol, anyway. Much better to provide a JavaScript
command at the end of your script that will act as a callback when the
script is completed.
