LOOP -- ah, I have to admit I think I forgot to check that. It's working

directories: I just tried this myself. It works fine at
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/test/jsmol.htm HOWEVER it does not
work on my hard drive. So I suspect that the AJAX file loading business is
not allowed to use "../"  on a local machine  -- a reasonable limitation, I
think.
