The problem with minimization was, once again, simply not
having optimized the Java code for implementation in JavaScript. I think I
have the hang of this now.
Minimization and drag-minimization is working much better now. Probably
about the same as Java or at least not terribly more slowly.
Good to have this working.
Otis, your assign atom command is working as well.
