I am puzzled by the initial view that Jmol 13.0.13 makes for 1a9x. Water and Cl are starred as well as spacefilled. No other PDB entry that I have looked at does this, for example, not 4b14.
Also, in 1a9x, some hetero compounds are ball and stick; others are wireframe. In e.g. 4b14, all hetero compounds are ball and stick. ???
