new feature: JVXL vertex-only data encoding "none" allows hand-coding of
JVXL files
The JVXL file format now supports simple construction of surface files
without the compression used when Jmol writes the files itself. This will
allow easy creation of these files by other programs.
new feature: isosurface efvet reader data "0" is "indicated colors"

efvet (http://ef-site.hgc.jp/wiki/eF-site/index.php/eF-site_Help) file
contain multiple data mappings, which can be selected using an integer
after the file name:
* 1 = electrostatic_potential
* 2 = hydrophobicity
* 3 = temperature_factor
* 4 = minimum_curvature
* 5 = maximum_curvature
