Hi Mike Coordinate space is shared for all models, so they all rotate together. You cannot keep one static.
The only idea I have is that you create an image snapshot of model #1 and put it as background image (using echo image or similar), then load model #2. Of course, then you cannot measure atom positions in #1, since they are not there, but maybe you could have stored them previously.
