Coordinate space is shared for all models, so they all rotate together. You 
cannot keep one static.

The only idea I have is that you create an image snapshot of model #1 and 
put it as background image (using echo image or similar), then load model 
#2. Of course, then you cannot measure atom positions in #1, since they are 
not there, but maybe you could have stored them previously.
Also, you'd be restricted to screen XY coordinates, no space XYZ 
coordinates, I'm not sure how to handle those.
