Thanks, Angel. Your suggestion will not meet my needs because:
The atoms connected by hbonds are not necessarily
visible. Typical example, hbonds between water
and protein when water is not visible. These
hbonds can be visible nevertheless.
The models usually do not have hydrogen atoms.
(Nor to I want to "calculate hydrogen" in most cases.)
Any other ideas?
