Don't panic, Henry! All the applet files are there, just in their proper
place rather than the root directory. They are in jsmol/java, which is
extracted from jsmol.zip. JME is there as well (in jsmol/jme) , JSME is
there (in jsmol/jsme), and JSpecView is there (in jsmol/java). FLOT and
jQuery are also in jsmol.zip.
I just thought it was way cleaner than leaving all those JAR files in the
root directory.
