Hi team,
I want to label a single residue in a protein, with the name of the
residue. I have tried:
load 4e50.pdb; # from PDB
select tyr; label Tyr;
but of course this labels each atom of the residue, so you have several
labels floating around.
Can anyone advise how to just label the residue once. Maybe the alpha
carbon ?
