Hi all,
There seems to be a small glitch in the very last animation example of the
excellent tutorial at ...
http://www.callutheran.edu/Academic_Programs/Departments/BioDev/omm/scripting/molmast.htm
The final display of the flashing H bonds in the DNA disappears off screen.
It can be recovered by a +/- 90 degree rotate about X to swing it up into
view. Ie. click and drag down with mouse by a couple of inches in the
viewport.
Possibly some aspect of Jmol has changed a bit since the tutorial was last
tested.
Tried to report to *mar...@clunet.edu *but seems no reply.
Hope this is worthwhile. It's a very good tutorial, would be good to keep
it 100%. (or find my mistake)
Cheers.
