http://chemapps.sfolaf.edu/jmol-13.3.9_2013.11.07.zip is available. This
fixes some recent nastiness I introduced earlier this week involving MOL
file reading, fixes the console, which I broke yesterday, and adds a few
more features for mmCIF file reading. (byChain and bySymop filters for
virus particulation)
