Hi All,
The SMILES/SMARTS capabilities of Jmol are excellent and there are
situations in which I would like to use them without displaying a Jmol
"window" or displaying the data that were being analysed. In the Java era,
Bob created a "JmolSmilesApplet" which could be used in precisely this way.
Is there an equivalent in the Javascript version? Alternatively, is there a
way of "reading" data into JSmol, and then manipulating them
programmatically, without invoking the display?
With thanks for any help,
Mike
