I'm also seeing the missing BondSt.js warning in the Opera developers
console with JSmol (from Jmol-13.3.9_2013.11.25d) though JSmol still
displays with Opera and Chrome.

However. I'm finding display with Firefox is inconsistent, usually showing
a blank JSmol instance, though on repeated refresh, occasionally displays
the molecule. Seeing this with
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/test2.htm and
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/jsmol.htm with Firefox 25 on Windows
or Linux. Have repeatedly cleared browser cache, to no avail. Don't think I
have any unusual Firefox settings or plugins and JSmol released a week or
two ago worked fine with Firefox

Otherwise, switching to the signed applet
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/test2.htm reduces the Java warnings
to just one initial one for all browsers tested (Chrome, Opera Firefox,
IE11). Cool!
