Hmm. That's odd. I was sure I got that right, and it is correct on my
installation. -- one says Jmol 14.0.2 and the other Jmol 14.1.2. In
reality  they are the same. Neither should be showing a "dev" version. You
sure you got that at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jmol/files/ ? I just
downloaded that,  and jsmol/j2s/core/Jmol.properties reads

___JmolDate="$Date: 2013-12-14 11:44:58 -0600 (Sat, 14 Dec 2013) $"
___fullJmolProperties="src/org/jmol/viewer/Jmol.properties"
___JmolVersion="14.0.2"


That URL you give is for Java only, not HTML5, so it's not easy to see what
your problem is.

"JmolCore.js" was a very early attempt, so perhaps you are mixing some old
code with new code.
