Hi all,
I've been trying to find an easy way to do this one task and after some
hours of googling can't seem to get it right.
I have a molecule with N atoms and a javascript array with N doubles
[-1..1]. I'd like to paint every atom with the color gradient indicated in
the array. If possible, I'd like it to use the "rwb" rainbow.
>From what I read in the documentation, I've been messing with commands like
color atoms @myarray
color atoms "myarray" rwb
et cetera.
I can feel I'm close to the solution, but I've been unable to make it work.
Can somebody give me a hand? Does anybody know how can I implement this
without doing N times <select atom, color ...> which is quite slow?
Thanks a lot,
Carles
