If I want to add the distance measurement between two atoms in Jmol, I can do
so using the command "set picking measure" and then click on the two atoms.
Is there a way to display the distance in a Jmol "animation" - a script
executed online using the JmolApplet? I'd like to flash the two atoms
(selecting atomno, color 1, delay, color 2, delay, color 1) - and then add the
distance between the two atoms.
