Dear Jmol-users,
I have got a problem in coloring isoSurface with b factor (temperature
factor). When I use pymol, the command is like "spectrum b, blue_red,minimum
=10, maximum=50", I am wondering if similar command exist in jmol.
Currently, I can color the structure with b factor or color isoSurface
with simple color. But Who knows how to color isoSurface with b factor?
Please help me! Thank you all!
