Can I change the chain name for the selected atoms? I tried
{selected}.chain = "G"
no errors, but nothing seemed to happen: if I mouseOver the selected
atoms, they still report their chain as A. If I 'color chain', no
change in color occurs. "select :g" gives zero hits.
On the other hand I can change element
select thr.o
{selected}.element = "S"
select sulfur
spacefill
but mouseOver a spacefilled sulfur (yellow!) still reports the element as O.
