I am using Jmol with the Moodle. I had replaced older Jmol applets by newer JSmol Javascript libraries. It works well almost all.
But, the filename shown in "display wavefunction" is too long and cut off at the right end of the "applet" window. The filename in JSmol contains the document base whereas the filename in older Jmol had only the filename. I hope you to return to the previous way of naming if possible.
