If you mean simple rotation with the mouse, that speed has to do with your
browser and your platform. The HTML5 version of JSmol will perform more
slowly than you are used to seeing in Java, and with large displays or
complex proteins this can be a problem. Try
set platformSpeed n
where n is between 1 and 10 to see differences that might help.
