Glad to hear it's working for you!

I just upload the local molecules using Wordpress' media uploader. IF the name 
of the file is unambiguous, the plugin finds it. Otherwise, you can use the 
fileurl parameter to tell it where to look. Ambiguity can happen if you have 
something like a test.jpg and a test.pdb.

The plugin adds file types to the Wordpress allowed MIME types. I should 
probably add more of those.
