I just pushed version 0.91 beta to github. I never announced 0.9; this has some
really minor changes since 0.9, like making sure the readme is up to date and
adding some semicolons to statements that may not need them.

zip archive suitable for installation available at
https://github.com/jimhu-tamu/wordpress/tree/master/plugins

Changes since 0.8
- improve help page

now with screenshots

- improve uniqueness identifiers for multiple Jmolapplets on the same
post/page; add the option to hand code instances

JSmol doesn't like having multiple applets with the same identifier on a single
page. I originally assumed the pdb accession would be unique. It doesn't
anymore, and there is now an option to add an instance parameter to make two
otherwise identical applets distinct. I also changed the way the identifiers
are made to make them more intuitive.

- improve debug messages (or at least change them)
- make reset button standard and have it remember the load commands
- standard buttons depend on the kind of molecule loaded

I realized that the buttons I was adding make sense for proteins, but not for
small molecules. The new defaults might not be ideal either, but they should be
better.

Still chasing the bugs that are preventing it from working for both of Henry's
blogs. I may need some lessons in debugging JSmol to figure these out.
