We are trying to use navigation to fly into the pores of some Metal Organic
Frameworks (MOFs) e.g. http://138.253.125.70/~ng/naomi/ZIF8.htm (development
URL) and click "Fly to the centre of the pore” - works fine. Then uncheck and
recheck the box - fails to fly again. The same things happens (or doesn’t) if
the console is used to reissue the command.
I must be missing something because Bob’s old example
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/new8.htm number 83 repeats
quite happily.
