Everything looks fine there.
Q1: Do you see a multiply-colored isosurface with just the following?
load xxx.pdb; isosurface xxx.jvxl;
If YES, then your range is probably off. Use
isosurface list
to see the range of values for this isosurface.
If NO, then you don't have a color-mapped isosurface, and "rwb" range -1 1
will not mean anything.
Q2: What version of Jmol are you using?
