Then used Jmol popup menu to File > Save as JMOL I get a small dialog with filename, after accepting that Firefox gives me a warning of the type "a popup window was blocked". When I tell it to display that popup, I get an error page: Not Found The requested URL /jmol/jsmol/jsmol.php was not found on this server. So you have the wrong path pointing to the php file Oh, I see now that the documentation (in the Wiki) say that is the path, but it is not. That info is outdated. Current location is http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/php/jsmol.php So try fixing that and see if the problem goes away.
