I think the main thing may be that you are using a very old Jmol version -- 
Jmol 13.0. For sure get that updated, at least to 14.2. Then let's see what 
problems arise.

So you have the wrong path pointing to the php file





Oh, I  see now that the documentation (in the Wiki) say that is the

path, but it is not. That info is outdated. Current location is

http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/php/jsmol.php



So try fixing that and see if the problem goes away.

That may or not be all the problem.
