Hi everyone,

I would like to report a bug that we found using JSMol on our page.
It is due to a probably corrupted PDB file, but it results in the behavior that
JSMol ends up in an infinite loop that crashes Firefox / calls a "Unresponsive
script" alert message.

Please check the index.html files and the indexBug.html

http://www.cancer3d.org/index.html
http://www.cancer3d.org/indexBug.html

The only technical difference is the PDB file called for the protein of the
month (lower left window)
It works for the current version where we use 3GFT chain A and fails for 4AJW
chain B.

We have split all PDB structures to chains and store them separately, so the
root is most likely a corrupt PDB entry.
However, this may be a useful exception to catch in your code. :)

Thanks
Thomas
