You could use HKL instead of PLANE in order to specify a Miller plane.
You could use isosurface PLANE {a b c d} to exactly specify the plane ax +
by  + cz - d = 0.

However if what you are trying to do is something like this:

isosurface plane {1 2 1 -3} map lattice {3 2 3} "test.cube"

I don't believe that is possible. Excellent feature request, though.
