I've moved the File...Export...Gaussian menu item to the Tools menu. This
is in preparation for some day not just creating input files but also
running Gaussian calculations from Jmol. Someday. Not today. This could be
joined by other "front-end" features and seems like a better fit to me than
"File..Export"
Any concerns about that?
