I guess what you need is to find a file format that Jmol can export 
and AutoCAD can import. Is that the case?

VRML comes to mind

In Jmol, please explore the "write" command, that's the way. Some of 
its options are available in a more friendly way from Jmol's pop-up 
menu, File > Export > 3D model
