Hi all,

after setting "set autobond off" and loading a PDB file (only HETATM
records) in Jmol 14.3.10_2014.11.27 there are drawn dashed lines between
phosphor atoms and I couldn't figure out what they are and how to get
rid of them.

They do not respond to any bond-related commands I know of (e.g.:
"wireframe off"; "color bonds red"; "ssbonds off"; "hbonds off").
And they are also not considered for calculating the 'bondcount' property.

They disappear if the element symbol is changed. So they seem to be
element-specific.

Q: Why are they drawn and how can I get rid of them?

Regards,
Rolf
