Dear Bob, The last command below causes Jmol 14.3.12 to stop working (can't rotate with mouse, no response to a 'select all' or 'zap' command):
load =1hho select protein,ligand isosurface id surf1 solvent select within(2.0, $surf1) I found the same bug in Jmol 14.3.7 and 14.2.2. However the final command works fine in 13.2.0 (but that one has the bug about selecting chains). Ah, I ended up using 12.2.34 which has neither bug.
