I just tried dragging a local Jmol script file into the Java applet and
nothing happened.
This was using the current version of FirstGlance for Jmol which is
using Jmol 14.3.7_2014.09.20.

Is there something I have to set to enable using a local script file in
the Jmol Java applet coming from a server?

Can this be done with JSmol?

And does something special need to be done to enable the Java applet or
JSmol (coming from a server) to write files to the local disk?

Thanks, Eric
