This should work:
select within(hkl,{1,0,0}), within(hkl,{0,1,0}), within(hkl, {0,0,1})

Or equivalently:
select within(hkl,{1,0,0}) OR within(hkl,{0,1,0}) OR within(hkl, {0,0,1})
