THAT was a very difficult bug to fix -- glad to have it done. The problem
was associated with several other issues in relation to how label offsets
were handled. Now that should be cleared up.

see http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/zip/jmol-14.3.14_2015.06.06.zip

JmolVersion="14.3.14_2015.06.06"

bug fix: dragging labels not working properly

bug fix: axisAngle (javajs.util.A4) not resetting angle to 0 --> wrong
default orientation saved to state immediately after RESET (broken in
14.1.6_dev_2014.01.16c)

new feature: set labeloffset range expanded to [-500,500]

new feature: set labelOffsetAbsolute x y
 -- was undocumented as "set labelOffsetExact" but used in state (still
available)
 -- sets label to specific value; same as set labelOffset, but allows 0 in
x or y
 -- range [-500,500]

If nature does not answer first what we want,
it is better to take what answer we get.
