Dear All,

I'm using JSMOL.min.js in my webpage. Everything seems to work fine.

I'm loading a PyMOL .pse session file and it's displayed correctly.

However, when I want to save this file to my computer (it sits in the
server) it doesn't work.

I open the JSMOL menu with right click and I go to :
File -> Save -> Save a copy of pymolsession.pse
Then it prompts me for a name.
Then it opens up a new browser tab showing the binary file. The URL is
something like :

data:;base64,fXEBKFUJY29sb3JfZ

This is not the behaviour I would expect. I can make it work if I go to the
web browser File menu and then save the page as. but this is not user
friendly at all.

If I go to the Menu :
pymolsession.pse -> View pymolsession.pse

Then the web browser asks me to save the file. This is the expected
behaviour.

I don't understand why the first option (more intuitive) doesn't work.

Could someone please help me with that ?

Thanks.

David.
