Hi Thomas 1. Your code looks good to me, but I guess it all depends on how you are defining your applets[] variable --which your email do not show
applet0 is the pointer to the JSmol object, but that will not be the same as applets[0] Or will it? How do you define/assign applets[i] ? 2. JSmol is already (heavily) minimized. Are you calling JSmol.min.js? That's all that can be done.
