IMHO, the best thing about the popup menu is File...Save..Save As PNG/JMOL A single image file is created that still contains the entire dataset used. So you can drop that into any Jmol applet, web app, or Jmol application, or email it to a colleague, teacher, or student (maybe even to this list, if it is small enough).
