Sorry to bother you with a newbie question, but I didn't find a way to solve my
smple problem.
I want to write a script which will display two monomers of a given protein
with two different colors, and then a single residue with ball&stick. I succeed
with the first part :
zap ;
load myprot.pdb
wireframe off ; spacefill off ; cpk off;
select B: cartoon ; color dimgrey ;
select A: cartoon ; color lightgrey ;
But adding the residue 153:A as baal and stick failed ? Can someone take few
time to help me ?
