One clarification about the mmCIF file I posted: I cut out non-interesting parts of it in order to make my explanation clearer. Sure the one you posted is the full thing (it must be clear that there's only one version of mmCIF files for the whole PDB, no differences at all between RCSB or PDBe or PDBj).
In any case thanks so much for fixing it so quickly! The problem with label_asym_id != auth_asym_id can easily go unnoticed because cases where the naming is different are rare and from those very few will have special biological units that would be affected (e.g. 4opj above). So this was a rather small issue in real life, but in any case great to have it fixed!
