This message suggests that you are sending the command "canceled" to the
applet. Are you sure this is also a problem at

there you can try:

that makes start-up loading a bit more efficient. And I don't see the
issue there.
Don't know what I fixed, but I just uploaded a new version of Jmol:

That might solve your problem.
