Hi David As I understand it, Jmol renders by generating a bitmap on screen and updates it continuously. So I don't thik it is possible to convert to a vector image.
The most close thing I can think to the vector, high-quality idea is the export to PovRay (2D) or export to VRML (3D). Those formats hold actual scalable, drawn objects that are calculated by Jmol from the internal data of the model and its current display, but not just from the look of them on screen. · Dr. Angel Herráez Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Dept. of Systems Biology, University of Alcalá E-28871 Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), Spain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Site24x7 APM Insight: Get Deep Visibility into Application Performance APM + Mobile APM + RUM: Monitor 3 App instances at just $35/Month Monitor end-to-end web transactions and take corrective actions now Troubleshoot faster and improve end-user experience.
