Dear Angel and jmol group:

Thank you Angel for suggesting slab and cap, which are nice. However
they don't give me what I'm looking for.

For instance, if the isosurface is a sphere, then I would like the
intersection of the sphere with a plane; in other words, a circle.

In contrast, slab gives me a half-sphere, and cap gives me a half-sphere
plus a plane covering it.

I would like to ask the jmol group for further suggestions about how to
plot the intersection of an isosurface with a plane. The intersection
should be one or more curves plotted where the plane hits the isosurface.

Thank you,
             Vincent
