Hi John First of all, those instructions are meant for pople who already have an (old) setup of pages that run Jmol Java applets using the Jmol.js file If you are writing pages anew, you'd better forget about Jmol2.js
If you are indeed going to use Jmol2.js to quickly adapt your old pages, see below my replies > "3) Concatenate Jmol.min.js if you are not using jQuery ... with this > file to form a new file > (Jmol.min.js first, then Jmol2.js) and replace your current Jmol.js with > it...." > Two questions: > 1. I don't find any Jmol.min.js file in the downloaded .zip archive. Do you > mean > JSmol.min.js? Yes, JSmol.min.js is the main file now, and that's the one you need to combine with Jmol2.js > 2. When you say "replace" do you mean "rename the new concatenated file as > Jmol.js" ? Yes. As I said above, the idea was to replace the old Jmol.js file (that was working for the pages) wth this new one that you make by combining JSmol.min.js + Jmol2.js Hope this helps, let us know if not ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Find and fix application performance issues faster with Applications Manager Applications Manager provides deep performance insights into multiple tiers of your business applications.
