Responsabilities· Handles customers' requests, provides solutions to
increase customer satisfaction.
· Offers loyalty & retention programs to existing clients in order to
reduce the company churn.
· Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company's products and
services.
Requirements· University degree;
· Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
· Customer service experience would be an advantage;
· High energy and positive attitude;
· Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
· MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
· Fluency in English.
Collection Officer
Position typepart time
Responsabilities· Makes agreements with customers regarding payment of
invoices;
· Checks all incoming proofs of payment and takes actions accordingly;
· Offers explanations and solutions to all payments, invoices and
customer issues;
· Requests corrections to customer balance (adjustments/credit
transfer).
Requirements· Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
· Capacity to deal with difficult customers;
· Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
· High energy and positive attitude;
· Fluency in English;
· MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
· Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
