Services Consultant , vorbitoare de limba engleza avansat.
Responsabilities:
· Provide technical training & support to clients who use computer
systems, phone systems and information that support the daily operations of the
Romanian and Bulgarian business.
· Promote user self-sufficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
through the use of
information technology.
· Provide reports, special analyses, and other forms of information
in electronic and hard copy form to support the on-going functions and special
projects within supported client areas.
· Provide primary client support, either in person or by telephone,
by assisting clients in their use of products, trouble-shooting, and providing
technical consultation for hardware and software requirements on multiple
products and platforms for Afumati and other Romanian remote locations and
Bulgaria office.
· Work closely with users to solve problems using available
technology, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
· Serve as liaison between clients and technical staffs, referring
problems and projects when appropriate or necessary (if problem is of a complex
nature or outside this persons area of expertise).
· May support ad hoc reporting requirements of clients, and create
various forms of technical documentation.
· Provide backup support for others locations in Eastern Europe.
· Perform learning needs assessments and provide training
recommendations, evaluations, and follow-up.
· Provide user training for software and hardware through one-on-one
and group training sessions to ensure users are capable of effectively using
the technology to meet business needs
· Stay abreast of technological developments in order to provide most
accurate service.
· Conduct professional development by attending in-house training and
external seminars, reading journals, etc.
· Maintain knowledge of current training, support, and information
delivery tools.
· Maintain knowledge of department, function and company'sbusiness
· May specialize in particular software utilized in an end user
environment. May install new hardware and software for user groups
· Receive end user requests. May be responsible for developing and
maintaining partnership with business users within assigned area to ensure IM
supports business objectives. May participate on business or ad hoc team.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelors degree or combined equivalent of education
and experience in a related subject area
· Experience: Related experience in a similar environment
· Problem identification and resolution skills
· Strong communication and coaching skills
· Ability to work independently and with groups in a team effort
· Able to maintain strong technical skills for a continual and
rapidly changing computing environment.
· Ability to work in an multi language and culture environnement.
· Able to remain calm and productive under stress.
