The role entails delivery of high quality professional
recruitment solutions and pro-active selling of CVO services to both client and
candidates.
What you will be doing on a daily basis:

Effective management and timely
delivery of full recruitment lifecycle, including client acquisition, client
meetings, candidate resourcing, interviewing and short-listing of candidates,
and offer management; Proactively researching and understanding the local
recruitment market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary
bandings and potential opportunities;
·
Creating, maintaining and developing
a portfolio of new and existing clients;
·
Continually identifying leads and new
business opportunities;
·
Supporting divisional teams in
completing recruitment projects.
